Yeah, I just have the tab open constantly and refresh it throughout the day.

Literally all day. The tab is open at all times, refreshed every 10 minutes or so, maximum, when I'm not doing anything else (or just chatting). Otherwise, if I'm playing games or something else, I'll just keep the tab open or re-open it as soon as I'm done. I eagerly await all notifications. FEED ME. SPAM ME.

One or two (if there is something interesting going on in the forums) tabs dedicated for SG.
