I just make level 1 giveaways but I don't know if I should raise it.

There's this guy, that one my FF9 giveaway, that's been offline for 5 days straight and he went offline just before he won my giveaway, didn't even accept my friend request yet and all that jazz. I suppose I need to wait the 7 days but there IS a difference between being offline and straight up not responding, in my opinion. Offline for 5 days straight. Odd.

So, basically, if I made more giveaways, I'd probably complain just as much as you, haha.
