played six siege in the open weekend, wasnt impressed, didnt try metal gear.. so cant really judge..

I'm currently a Platinum 2 on R6 and have poured almost 500+ hours into it. It's improved significantly from where it had issues, but its not 100% great yet. I'd say take Phantom Pain first, and then if you still feel like it, R6.

I have R6 Siege and I must say I find it awesome! It is however a game that you need to focus on. So it is more a game for weekends. You will probably easily find some people to team up with. Also every death of yours is teaching you something new that you can use right in the next round. Apart from that, the DLC system is awesome. Every (2?) months, there are new maps and new operators (classes), and DLC users get them, but non DLC Users also get the maps and can unlock the new operators for (much) ingame money. So there are effectively no micro transactions if you wanna unlock everything yourself :)

If you never played a metal gear game don't get mgs

How alive is MGS multiplayer? Huge multiplayer person.

MGS V, i have over 140 hours.

Haven't played these games, but I would choose MGSV (it's also on my wishlist) xD

Awesome Game only problem are cheaters but i guess that's on most multiplayer games these days :(

Don't buy MGSV for multiplayer. R6 Siege actually a good multiplayer fps game but i wish it wasn't full with cheaters. Still if you want long term multiplayer game buy Rainbow Six Siege.

MGS is awesome

MGSV = long single player sessions
Siege = a lot of multiplayer sessions

That's how I see it anyway, I only have MG on my WL

If multiplayer is only requirement, then from this two only Siege.

Metal gear solid story is the worst of the series, but game play is fun.
