Steam limiting purchases on same CC - works with paysafecards?

So, apparently you cannot buy multiple items from steam on different accounts with the same CC.

Does anyone know if you get the same problem with paysafecards?

I baught like 6 coppys of universe sand box when it was on sale, wiht an american express prepaid card not sure if it would cap the # you can buy or not...

Yeah I found this -> http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2966809 But that still doesn't answer if it works with paysafecards... Hmpf
