You're almost certainly going to have to re-reoll this giveaway. I had a quick look and only about 9 of currently 48 entrants even qualify. Ridiculous.

I assume mods can't remove people from giveaways, which may be a touch over their boundaries of power, but in some cases it should be necessary.
