Maybe there's a problem with your PC and not Steam?...

works fine for me. think the problem is related with you and your pc/inet connection, not with steam.

I have already tried different routers and networks, as far as I am concerned my PC hardware is fine, I had it checked out last week and also had a format done.

still you have the problems, and if steam is working fine for like 90% of their users, its not steams fault.

Well it works fine in offline mode, and it's not just me that has this issue. Every forum I have seen so far people have the exact same issue and no one seems to be able to fix it.

so you actually believe all people playing 24/7 and saying steam is working fine for them are big liars? :D
and on this thread you are actually the only one having this issue. sorry mate, dont want to act rude or sth, but the major problem in this situation isnt steam, it is something user-sided.

Did I say everyone on Steam is having this issue? " Every forum I have seen so far people have the exact same issue and no one seems to be able to fix it." I don't think "Every forum I have seen so far" means that I believe everyone has the issue.

Totally user sided.

New computer.
