Hopefully my Darksouls 3 giveaway gets confirmed tonight by mods so I can giveaway another game. When it does what game should I giveaway next?

I guess I know how you feel. I got a "Not received" feedback for my Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel giveaway and it took 4 weeks until it was corrected and changed to "Received".
It seems like support is drowning in tickets they simply can not handle. Never forget that all of the support guys are doing it voluntarily, without any payments whatsoever, in their free time.
Maybe CG should search for 20 more people that are willing and able to join the support team?
