I got this at the BTA level (tier 2), because tier 3 was higher than I'd like to pay (as usual) even if is still a good deal. I didn't own any of the games in this bundle, which is rare nowadays, and some of them are kind of expensive normally, so the discount on them is really good. With more games to come, the deal is even better. If I own all of the bonuses it won't be as great for me personally, but that still more games effectively for free. (I treat my payment as covering the games in the bundle when I purchase it, so bonus games that come later are freebies to me.) I'm not sure when/if I'll get around to playing these games, but still, a deal this good is tough to pass up, so I didn't.

Not only bundled, but at the $1 level. That blows my mind, and is actually sad to see. I just bought it for $8 on GOG a week ago, it was $5 there over the weekend, and now under $0.17 when you consider it's one of 6 games at the $1 level (factoring the Insurgency 4-pack).

Unfortunately having it at $1 likely means it didn't sell well, and even if a lot of people will own it I'm not sure that would be good enough to warrant a sequel. I was a backer and I'm sad seeing it at this level.
(I don't really need the games in this bundle, but I'm considering getting it to gift Tesla Effect.)

Never bought from humble bundle before and I have a question: If I choose to buy the bundle as a gift, will I be able to redeem 1 of the games in the bundle for myself?

I've never purchased as a gift, but I believe it creates a link to gift the entire bundle.
If you buy for yourself, you can redeem as many or as few of the games as you desire and there's a button next to each unredeemed game to gift it individually. That's the way I know for sure you can redeem what you want and still give away any remaining. Hope that helps!

personally, if you ask me, i'm hoping for grid (the first one) and euro truck simulator (the first one), but don't count on me being right - i'm almost usually wrong :P
i wouldn't be surprised if they put saints row 3 or even 2 in, considering saints row 4 is in the highest tier as well
