Thank you for this improvement and all the contribution to make Steamgifts better. There is still issue about syncing inactive accounts however, this especially impacts steam groups from what I heard, and also some way to go around recent steam gifting change would be nice, however it seems to be impossible task.

Loving second one!
Isn't the first one old thing? It was so long time ago xD

ok. Now cant enter to "Previously Won" games and DLCs
but! Why previously won DLCs on www.steamgifts.com/giveaways/search?type=recommended page?
PS. How about, for example: I won a game, but GA-creator doesn't send a gift all week, and then - refuse it. So, I cant enter whole week and try to win in another (with more chances) GAs. o_o

There's quite a serious (if limited) problem with this new system, in that previously-won beta keys for Guns of Icarus Online now prevent entries to giveaways for the full version of the game. Could this be looked into?

Awesome changes! I've certainly had issues in the past where I ended up getting a game through a bundle or other purchase and then missing removing a GA entry for it on the site. I'm glad this solution has been implemented! :D

When you want to talk with your mods about the "faster suspension for not activating gifts"? Right now I have 4 opened tickets since 3 weeks for user who are not activated the gift and instead regifting it without any suspension.

Glad to have these changes. Auto-sync and auto removing entries will help a lot.

thank you for point 2, often thought it would be useful when you check your wishlist and find it odd so many entries of this new game are available and after clicking them all you notice the reason for it is a new bundle caming out which you end up buying

Hi SG,
The site has just been updated with a couple of changes for entering giveaways.
You can no longer enter to win games you have previously won. You'll see a "Previously Won" error. This occurs when you have won the game in the past, and your win is marked either "Received" or "Awaiting Feedback". If you do not receive your gift after one week, and mark the giveaway as "Not Received", then you will once again be able to enter giveaways for the game.
When your account is synced, the site will remove open giveaway entries for games which have been detected on your account. Points will be restored if any giveaway entries are removed. This way, if you buy new games or redeem bundles, you don't have to worry about searching for and manually removing your giveaway entries after syncing. As well, automatic syncing now occurs more frequently, and your account will be synced every 48 hours when you visit the site. This might be further shortened to 24 hours in the coming days.
I think the pros far outweigh the cons with the above changes. I believe this will greatly reduce the number of support tickets. Issues with users winning a game more than once, or winning a game they already purchased, is by far the most active support category. This should not only benefit support, but reduce the number of tickets giveaway creators need to create, and cut down on delays for winners receiving their gifts.
