Not sure about it, but there have been giveaways for that game.
Maybe it is something due to your country, since this game is banned in Germany.

It's probably because now you can only buy the Definitive Edition from Steam. It's weird that nobody has done that yet so there might be a technical reason for it but you can file a ticket with Support in the Other cathegory to add it back to the list.
Edit: Nevermind. The game seems to be in the Create GA list for me. No idea what's going on then.

So I'm going through some old keys, and I go make a gib for Dead Island: Game of the Year Edition, but it doesn't come up on the list, nor can I find it in Steam. Is there a way to make a gib for this, or am i SOL and should just redeam it myself?
