I'd be careful of adding a US address if you don't have permission to use it or actually live there though. It has happened that amazon accounts have gotten shut down over that sort of thing - as well as every amazon account sharing card numbers or contact details with it.
I mean it's up to everyone to take the chance or not, but if losing access to kindle libraries/movies/music and so on not to mention never being able to shop on amazon again would be a problem then maybe you should think it over a bit extra. If it's something special that isn't available local and you're willing to spend extra money go the legal route and use a package forwarding service. If it's just for a sale then consider how expensive it might be for you.

Yeah, the FighterZ edition has the same price fo the FighterZ pass alone, seems like an error.
Base price for FighterZ edition on Steam is U$ 95, and lowest historical price is U$ 57 (40% discount). The current price is basically a 63% discount.
Might be an even better deal for those currencies that are more expensive on Steam compared to USD price.

I’m not so sure it’s an error. After some headache that’s neither here nor there, I was able to pick up the game at that price. There’s a little bubble on the FighterZ Edition cover art that says “63% off” so I’m guessing it’s intentional.
Be aware, the game is apparently dealing with bad server issues right now. I don’t intend to play this online much so that’s not a big deal to me, but if you wanted to get this to join the competitive scene you may have issues.

Even though I'm fan of Dragon Ball Z, this game isn't worth more than $20 for the whole package(base game plus every piece of dlc). Especially when the multiplayer apparently doesn't work anymore(according to Steam reviews)

Seems like an error, because the standard edition is at full price.

You can purchase US only titles from Amazon while overseas as long as you have a US address.
