I think something like this has been suggested before but I can't remember.
The problem I see with this is what if the giveaway creator manually entered the key and then the winner asks for a reroll, a new winner is picked BUT the key was actually used?
There's more to it but I just see a few complications.

What if you needed to click something first to view the key, and once you clicked it you wouldn't be able to request a reroll anymore?

how about sync before you are able to see the key? if you own the game, automatic reroll, if you don't you can access the key.

I recently won the same game twice, I redeemed the first win and for the second win I need to contact the giveaway maker to tell him to reroll because I already have the game now.
How about adding a feature to quickly tell the giveaway maker to reroll for a new winner
