What happened to steamlocked.com? Region info only on steamdb.info?

steamlocked.com was a great way to look at all of a game's subids and their region restrictions on one page. What happened to it? Was it acquired/bought by steamdb.info? Because that's where steamlocked.com redirects to now.

My guess would be dude didn't want to pay hosting fees for a not so popular site, but still owned the domain for the rest of term so just redirected it to the best alternative.
