After the sliders were gone and now back, are we The Witnesses of the last true charity bundle?
If you enjoy puzzle games and don't have them already, this bundle is worth it for Baba is You, The Witness, and Death Squared. These three are superb puzzle games, but have been bundled before.

Owned 18 of the games already, but I'm happy to grab it for 5, I can always drop the rest on other people or try to trade them away, some nice ones in there.
Going to have to look up the software. Any of those sub based, or do we keep them in their included version permanently?

No sub but they're not the latest releases (as they usually do).

I believe they were banning people using their gift links with lots of people? I always used keys anyway, I can hopefully avoid that.
Not like I do a lot of trading anyway (turns out having thousands of games reduces the number of offers I'm able to accept), but I keep them listed unless I find someone who will actually play one of the games I'm sitting on. If I just wanted them farmed for cards, I could just put them all on a alt account. Eventually. I'm sitting on over 200 right now, even activating them all would take a good while. -_-
Thanks for the info about the software. An older version doesn't bother me, heck, I still use Microsoft Office 2000 since I have a complete version, unlike my later version which just has Word and Excel. Also, I really hated the changed layout and I'm a grouchy old man.

I have all but the two games I'd be least interested in, but even if they were cheaper and bundled before some of the games here are still worth their full price. I don't get complaints about rebundles, our niche isn't who they're trying to sell this to.

For all of those complaining about the games being rebundled and not being worth buying it. Keep in mind that the world doesn’t revolve around you and most people don’t buy bundles all the time.
I bought almost monthly around 4-5 bundles for the past 8 years or so and from this bundle I had only 5 games already in my library. Even so I gladly picked it up for the other games I didn’t had and a couple that I was actually interested in.
It’s a good deal. At least they try to give us good games, with positive reviews and they do it for charity. If you believe it’s that easy to put together a good bundle with 10 original “not-rebundled” AAA titles for 1$, check your clock alarm, because you’re still dreaming. Even if such bundle existed, people would still complain and that’s really sad and pathetic IMO.

Pathetic? Seriously?
I wasn't one to criticize the bundle (yet), but it really isn't difficult to tell that this bundle mostly consists the very same highlights as their last huge charity bundles did.
And yes, it absolutely should be possible to do somewhat better than to repeat the last COVID-19, Fire Relief and the Racial Justice bundle.

Yes, I believe it is pathetic to complain about stuff you basically get offered for a huge discount. Rebundled or not, you’re paying around 20$ for stuff worth more than 500$ in retail. Why do people associate “bundle” with “free games, and they have to be good quality games as well”. It just doesn’t work like that.
You don’t think the price of a movie ticket and some snacks is worth hours of playtime and content, then OK. Save your precious 20 bucks, but just don’t complain about it. It’s tasteless behavior.

i do think that if they had asked around loads of devs would have been more than happy to add content for this bundle from big to small - but they didn't ask did they? - i bought it by the way because i love trading and charity

I account that around 10% of the world population are gamers and let’s say 1 out of 10 would consider getting this bundle. That’s still 1% who might find this bundle attractive. And I am really, really pushing it to say that only 10% are gamers.
My point is.. rebundles are not bad as long as the games are good. People who missed the previous bundles can still enjoy it.

I think it's an optimistic estimatio nthat 1% of people ever heard about humble bundle. And finding the bundle attractive doesn't mean anything when you can't or don't buy it.
There is no point pulling out numbers like that out of your ass. Hardcore, super-informed SG community is not representative of even gamers, even less people in general.
It's a bundle with good games, yes.
Also a bundle where there is a single (!) game that wasn't in a bundle before, and 5? were free at some point in the past. Two games been bundled 15+ (!!) times.
They are likely aiming at the general public or people who got into gaming during the pandemic, but there is nothing to deny about that it has barely anything that long-term HB buyers haven't seen before.

I bought similar amounts, and started later -. Yet I have 18? games out of the 23. Both your 5 and my 18 are super subjective, and has no weight in judging the bundle.
The bundle is shit because I already have 18.
Or the bundle is shit because games were bundled a lot of times, and if you avoided getting more than 5 in 8 years, then they surely does not worth it.

Ah... I was gonna try my luck with giveaways for this since I have a few of the games on Epic and another few I share libraries with my bf on Steam so I can play them away but... The books are nice and so is the software and it's for COVID so... I'm gonna try to scrounge up the money to buy it, I can always give the repeats back to the community. ; u;
