Rotating whitelist recruitment [Closed, will re-open at a later date]

Not eligible so not applying this time but I feel that's a nice way to build your WL, specially if you want to rotate your winners.

I'm still participating in one of your Whitelist Giveaways, which I entered before you wiped your list. :D
I'd like to rejoin, if I may.
My sent / won ratio is just about okay, with twice as many created giveaways than wins. Still have a few ongoing giveaways for the Community Train, which will give me some more leeway once they end.
