I'm among those who are not sure about number 4 (that's obviously the harshest requirement). My nose is currently stuffy, so breathing is literally an issue. But hopefully this condition is temporary, and I'll be able to qualify soon!

I'm not sure about the number of hearts, I can't see them, but sometimes I feel that what is there is not enough, but in all other points it should pass. so if there is still room - pay attention to me.

I haven't found a heart container yet, Idk where to look, despite I see green lush land, aggroed enemies and seem to be jumping from platform to platform but never actually improving life goals. Also, where's my Peach? doesn't even need to be a princess!

I've decided to empty my whitelist and start recruiting for a new one. I won't be responding to every comment, if you meet the criteria you'll most likely be added to it :-D
How my whitelist is going to work from now on:
-It'll have a maximum of 150 people on it.
-People who win are removed until 20 members remain, I'll then re-open this thread and fill the whitelist up again. Repeat.
-Users who won and were removed previously can try to join again when the thread re-opens, but new users will be prioritzed.
