Translation: Multi-sample antialiasing not supported by your graphics hardware. Alan Wake requires this in order to run. Please see that your system conforms the minimum specification and ensure that you have the latest graphics card drivers installed.
So my crappy laptop is not compatible with Alan Wake. I'm afraid there really is no solution, so posting my specs isn't necessary.
BUT I just want to get the cards, so maybe there's something I can do? I heard of something called "text mode" that idlers use to drop TF2 items, maybe I can do something like that with Alan Wake? Or someway to "cheat" Steam to let it think my game is running?
