Steamworks Key

I received Patrician IV for free from GMG upon purchasing Tropico 5. I have no interest in playing it so I would like to give away the key. Question is, it says Steamsworks key. Am I allowed to give that away? I looked in the FAQ section to see if there was anything regarding steamwork keys, and there wasn't. So I just wanted to double check before I hosted the give away. Sorry if it's a dumb question xD thanks!

If it's a Steam key, you can give it away, simple as that ;)
