So here I sit, right when I have to leave for work, and I got to being nosy. So what games have you beaten, cleared or just plain completed (100%) this year?
So far I remember beating Fallout 4 (finally) with the Brotherhood ending and am now working on the Institute ending.
Beat Cat Quest today as well. God that game is FUN! Planning on doing a Mew Game (Yes it's real name) soon
Beat a lot of endings in arcade of Guilty Gear XRD Sign (Yes I am allowing that for fighting games)
All I can think of at the moment.
So what have all of you beaten so far this year?
And I mean other then the guy that tried to mug you on the train.
The game of life can NOT be beaten so it has been disqualified from the list.

Im trying to complete Frostpunk but is really hard.
Borderlands, Pre sequel, 1 and 2, Dark Soul 3, The Witcher 3, Yakuza 0, Mad Max, Watch Dogs 2, Sunset Overdrive, Skyrim, Skyrim 4 Oblivion Edition, Fallout 4, Doom, Metal Gear Rising and Megaman Legacy Collection 1
Using the new library feature of 'recently' launched/added for the months + my memory:
Citrouille: Sweet Witches
Yoku's Island Express
LISA + dlc
Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon
Ghost of a Tale
Salt & Sanctuary
The Blackwell Legacy
Little Misfortune (not yet, but by tomorrow)
I really got back into my singleplayer indies after a time period of lots of DbD and online stuff..
How is Little Misfortune so far? Fran Bow's one of my favourite games, so I've been wondering whether it would be good to pick up!
That game has a Demo, I advice you to play that so you get an idea how the game is. ^^
I haven't played far enough to give my personal verdict yet, but you can expect it to be much shorter than FB (~3hrs), less gruesome and it's not a point n click, but an 'interactive story' so the gameplay is very different.
I kinda miss the puzzles, the macabre imagery and interesting reads/story elements, so far this game has been very casual & light on the story.
Only naming games with 100% achievements because I can easily check those, no idea about achievement less games:
According to Astats, I've reached 100% achievements on 52 games so far this year, plus probably another half dozen with no achievements...
The highlights would probably be Batman: Arkham City and Alan Wake.
Some of them started in 2018 and completed in 2019 tho:
Just completed Headlander yesterday (awesome game!) and can't decide what to start next~
(prolly Cat Quest tho)
Hmmm.. This year some ican't remember.
But here are some of them that have been doing recently:
Nest one? Actually start to play The walking dead.. Season one, I'm damn late yay !!!
You should think about joining this group if you like to see what games people are beating:
Perfect Gamer Group
Yes, it's oriented toward 100% achievements, but people (like me) will also say "hey, I just completed a non-cheevo game" or whatever as well. :)
It's a good thing I keep a list on my Steam profile, otherwise I would have no idea.
Not as many as years prior, but I'm happy.
In total I have by now 74 games in my 2019 folder.
But 3 are abandoned ones, 13 are beaten aaaaand 58 completed.
Most memorable ones have been:
Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc
Bioshock 1, 2 and 3
Hakuoki: Kyoto Winds
Coming Out On Top
Batman: Akrham City & Origins
(A lot of) 80 Days
Only to name a few :)
Good year so far. But I'd like to get the 100 full o.o
Keep calm and game on! \o/
At that rate, you'll easily do 100 :)
Worst case I'll play a bunch of super short games and that'll bet it. Plus I wanna replay Mass Effect (which I just saw on your list, that's why I mention it xD )
Ever thought of joing BLAEO? We try killing that backlog :)
I've joined last month Pay or Play, so we are using BLAEO, yup.
(Outside of that, I try and be random about the games I choose to play, but I am trying to prioritise unfinished games and gifts)
Ah, very nice! Welcome on board - for both groups :D
Thanks. Managed to do 6/7 of the selected games. I can't see myself getting into the long game, Stardew Valley, though, unfortunately.
Oh, I enjoyed it a lot! But I already loved the Harvest Moon games and I'm ever since looking for a farming game, that gives me the same feeling :D
But yeah, ppl are different, so it's fine if you don't like it :)
And 6/7 is nice enough! \o/
A lot (70 so far) If you care what they are, you can see my Steam profile.
Currently playing through:
• A Boy and his Blob
• Arcane Golf
[the mugger is recovering slowly]
Too many; 8 beaten, 89 completed, and 65 abandoned. Some Steam; most not. Apparently, the first one I finished this year was AM2R; Norfair Disco seems like an eternity ago... If anyone's curious, I can't be convinced to care about achievements, so those aren't included here.
Too many to list (and I'm too lazy to go through the trouble of checking exactly what I've been doing over the last 9 months). So I'll just list the 100%-ed ones which AStats is showing me (in order):
Chicken Invaders 5
Zombie Night Terror
Epistory - Typing Chronicles
Could have been a lot more but I had some very... unproductive 3-4 months in spring. T.T
I've been keeping track of movies, tv shows and games I've "finished" since 2014. Yeah, I think it's weird too.
Kentucky Route Zero: Act III
Monument Valley 2
What Remains of Edith Finch
Steamworld Dig 2
When Darkness Comes
Super Mario Galaxy 2
The Gardens Between
Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice
Full Metal Furies
The Stillness of the Wind
Yoku’s Island Express
As a matter of fact, I did beat The Game of Life this year!
Touche. I forgot about that one.

Didn't had much time this year and online games stole a lot of it, so it were
Spec Ops: The Line
Battlefield 1 (Campaign of course)
Assassins Creed Unity

Divinity: Original Sin
Metal Gear Solid V
Batman Arkham Asylum
Oh man, I hardly ever beat any of my game I purchased 10% beaten of a library of 60 when I joined 7 months ago. Now I feel obligated to finish the games I've won here :D Gotta make those gift creators happy. After all, I want my games given away to be beaten eventually (Do for others what you want for yourself) I try to leave a review of the game for the giveaway page whenever I remember so this is great to jog my memory of whom I still need to write to^^
