Does Mw2 have a Server browser?

I'm thinking about buying Mw2 because I use to have alot of fun with the mods. (Zombie mods, etc.) but i'm not sure if the server browser is in the steam version.
Could someone please clarify this for me?

Where can I download this? I imagine stomping through them, cutting them down with machine guns and auto-cannons, and lighting them up with missile fire.

Oh yeah... I love the smell of burning, rotting, dead flesh in the morning.

Well actually you need to buy MW2 to play these game modes. After you bought the game you need to install a second client (which allows you to have a server browser and much much more!) But to be able to play online using that client you need a legit MW2 copy. A pirated one wont work because the client checks if you game is legit or not.

I believe the system that allowed the server browser isn't avaliable anymore, I bought MW2 and shortly after the guys that ran it received a cease and desist letter.

I think there is a server browser in the fourdeltaone mod, most people play the fourdeltaone than the vanilla MW2.
