Once I can sell my trading cards I want to giveaway two Red Faction games. Once someone wins, how do I give them the gift?

You buy it as a gift in Steam, then you receive it in your inventory so you might give it to whoever wins your giveaway.

Send them an e-mail with the cd-keys or give the games with steam.

If you buy the game on Steam as a gift, you can either add the winner and give him the gift directly, or send it through email. CD keys are obtained by buying on sites other than Steam, such as GreenManGaming or GamersGate.

If the game was bought from GMG, Amazon, or one of the bundles (ie Humble), you'll have been provided with a key. If you bought it from Steam, it will be a giftable copy.

I am going to do two giveaways. One for Red Faction: Armageddon and (maybe) another for Red Faction 2 once Steam lets me sell my trading cards in a half hour.
