Recently (re)bought it on PS4. After 40 hours I started having this bug where it would freeze after 2 - 10 minutes. Almost gave up but this evening I gave it another shot, turned off autosave and hoped for the best.

Played for slightly over 2 hours and thought everything is fine now...
Got my first useful pet and at the end of the session Traveling merchant arrives and finally has extendo grip on sale which I had been waiting for and also a stopwatch.
Just wanted to harvest some Shiverthorn from my herb garden and then call it a day.

Game freezes. All progress and Extendo grip gone

So, yeah, as Axelflox said earlier, you might want to read this site's FAQ and the Guidelines. In this case, specifically, you might want to look at this.

So, in my opinion, you should close this thread soon (there should be a button on the top right, I think?) in order to avoid a suspension (which would be sad, since you just arrived). Again, welcome, and good luck in this site!
