As a consequence of anti-blacklisting I will also be going through my own blacklist frequently during the season and remove everyone that I spot having unblacklisted me (thanks!) That's the only reason I use the blacklist.
EDIT: Cleaned up a lot of entries and some people that I noticed unblacklisted me! Thank you all!

Thanks for the heads up! Just for the record, I didn't claim at any point that I had fixed it - just that I had served the suspensions. I am currently in touch with all of the people hosting the giveaways that I had multiple wins for, and I've already set things in motion, including gift/key copies and support tickets, for several of them. The situation should be fully resolved in a few days at most. To prevent any confusion I'll correct the issue with the markings immediately.

You might have blacklisted people for "silly reasons" as you put it, but I blacklist people because they break the rules. I don't like giving my games to people who have in the past won games and then given/traded/sold them off to others. When I make a giveaway for something I want the person who won it to actually want the game, if they don't want it and will giveaway/trade/sell the game off to someone else I don't want them in my giveaway.
BTW your script that you have doesn't actually tell you why people were blacklisted, just that they were blacklisted right? Because it can't know why a person was blacklisted. It doesn't know if they were banned before for not activating or were caught trying to trade the item. It doesn't know if the ban was legit or someone jumping the gun, it doesn't know if someone was blacklisted because they said thank you or didn't say thank you. Again all it can tell you is that some is blacklisted and thats it.

Through the complex algorithm and bigger data set I actually can guess the reason based on user's attitude or ratio. If user A blacklisted guys X, Y, Z, all having like 0.4 ratio or worse, I can clearly guess the reason. Working with numbers is easier than with actual attitude.
But of course you're right. I don't want to discuss that in this thread though.

- You're on my whitelist and was there even before helping me with my Steam-followed-games issue. To be specific, you're there since July 24. No idea what happened then, maybe ArchiBot would know?
- Although I'm not planning to just empty my entire blacklist, I'm willing to remove any user who hasn't broken the rules and who I don't specifically remember as being rude (there are very few of those thankfully). I would suggest to leave a comment on an old giveaway of mine, but if you're on my blacklist you can't access those giveaways so the only option I see is to leave a post on one of my threads in the forum (there are several). I'll then remove you from the blacklist and you can then delete your post to not give people the wrong idea.

If I can help, either because I can already do something for free, or I can spend a little of my time and knowledge to make somebody's life easier, I'm always willing to do that, my whole group works on this simple principle.

I emptied mine a month ago. I hate using it, so I try to only use it for very serious offenses or mutual blacklisting. So far I only have 2 people on it right now. Merry Christmas!

Christmas time is coming, which was always very important for me, I tend to forget all bad things that happened across the year, forgive everybody for his/her mistakes, as well as apologize for my own.
After analyzing ArchiBoT's results I now realized that blacklist is a mistake. People are excluding each other for silly reasons, and I don't want to fall into the same category. SteamGifts is about generosity, winning and giving, not about exclusion, drama and toxic community.
Therefore, I purged my blacklist entirely, and I'm not going to use that feature anymore. Also I'd like to apologize if I ever made you upset, angry, or in any other way made you sad. Hope you can forgive me too.
