Searched it in google and found that it happens if someone tries to activate same code as you and then use Retrive account thing or something like that.

Well maybe you activated a public key long time ago and someone tried using it 3 weeks ago to see if it still works?

You get it when someone tries to claim a key that's attached to your profile and they click the link that e-mails the account that the key is attached to. It's harmless.
