"the chosen one" did Not Meet Requirements ?

Made a giveaway for Tales of Fans only. He seems not like he is one. Since the Giveaway is for invite only am i able to reroll for that reason? I dont want to give a copy to someone who doesnt seem to be a tales of fan - The Game is 50 Bucks so.. yea.. otherwise i would've said kay go ahead

How do you determine if someone is a fan of something or not?
If you invite people to a GA with "special rules" one could assume that you check the requiremnts you set before inviting them, and not after one has won and you see you dont like the winner....

As far as I know if it's invite only and you stated some rules there you can ask for reroll if the winner didn't met the requirements or got link to the GA because it leaked or something like that.

only if you can convince Steamgifts support that he broke SG rules..
Eg.you will get reroll if you think the url of the giveaway was leaked. (like SG member A got it from SG member X without solving puzzle )

you need to give evidence to support that g/a was leaked. they will reroll if they are convinced it is true.

no, i doubt they grant you a reroll....on the other side, no one can force you with a swat-team to give the game....but then you also have to accept the consequences

Should've screened before for "real fans" (whatever that is) and used a whitelist or invite-only giveaway

You can just take a not-received, or just delete the thing, but don't waste support's time for something that is your fault.
