I play all my games, but sometimes when a big sale + bundles hits I get a backlog. I always work through it though. I only enter for games I actually know I want and will play, which is why I'm sitting at 300 points and not entering any of the tens of giveaways I could enter with those points.
I'm not going to call you a hypocrite, but according to your 'time played' recorded on Steam even you yourself haven't 'played' 28% of your games. But considering Steam doesn't and hasn't always recorded time played, and you may have already played those games on other platforms before owning them on Steam, I wouldn't feel right to judge your worthiness of whether or not you should win games based on that.

Honestly, I think everyone should get less points to spend, so they focused on trying to win stuff they really want to play, instead of entering giveaways simply because they have points left that'll go to waste if not spent somewhere.
Your chances of winning a game stay more or less the same, but if you do it'll be a game you really want.

Even though I've played nearly all the games in my library, I'm with everyone else when I say this idea is flawed, if only for that one guy who mentioned that you could just run each game, close out after a certain amount of time, and continue entering giveaways. That's not the spirit of the website, either.

Before the Steam Christmas sale I had like 10 games in my account. Through trading for or buying all the Humble bundles and buying numerous sale games I now have 96 games in my library. I intend to play all the games, but am going one game at a time and finishing each one I start before moving on. I will eventually play all the games, but not everyone has massive amounts of time every day to dedicate to gaming.

That's a seriously impressive jump in number, even with the Bundles.

Just because i have 96 games doesnt mean i have to play them all the time, for example i have Super Meat boy from the HIB4 and while i enjoy it, i dont play it often (if not at all), same with Frozen Synapse and other games, people have the freedom to choose.
Its the same thing in which there should be a rule saying the person has to have a steam rating of at least 9 to enter giveaways.... eventually people will play a game they have, but dont tell them WHEN to play a game :3
My 2 cents.

Browsing through the Steam profiles of winners, I often see 20 (Or more...) unplayed games (And generally $20+ games)
I think there should be a limit on max "unplayed games" before a persons entry is valid, as people are winning games for the sole purpose of having them.
