Receiving money from outside of Brazil has more fees, probably that's why Nuuvem blocked payments from foreigns, but Nuuvem still have a lot of region free games in there and tomorrow will be more deals, just check this thread, but i will continue spread the ROW deals.
There's a long way to you buy for yourself using entropay card and VPN or a short way finding a brazilian guy, the fees is almost the same since you will pay fees to load the card and everything
