Which Logo Do You Like? Please Do Vote

I recognized it, but didn't vote for it. I don't like the idea of a game review logo being tied to a specific game. Also, I don't think a lot of people will recognize it and they will just be confused about why your logo is a question mark.
I still have my original NES, SNES, and N64 :)

Actually, my reason against it is lack of creativity - everyone uses it for logos etc. You should try to pick something that's original and recognizable. ^^

No, not really. It's used for many gaming-oriented designs as it is easily identifiable. Personal opinion of course, I'm only sharing my insight because you asked us - if you like it, then by all means go for this one.

Well, i was searching through the internet how PC gaming can be represented, but found symbols of mouse, keyboard and LCD displays :D. So i thought to make some game references for the sake of gaming, and these games are some of the most amazing games, i think we've played in our childhood. like mario pacman :)

A big shout-out to my friend Downwardconcept for this amazing artwork.
I think this one is perfect.
What do you guys think??

Pretty common and uninteresting logos IMHO. I'd say go crazy and create something different that helps you stand out. I'm sure most curators have similar logos, so these one won't help you differentiate much from them. OTOH, I really like the font your using.

From those depicted I prefer logo 6. But to be honest I think the font is too... flickery? There's just too much going on with all those broken up lines. I also feel like the proportional relation between icon and text is a bit off, especially since the icon builds an X with the arrows pointing towards it, which drags the gaze away from the text.

Logo 6 reminds me of IGN too much. For me the first one is best

1 Star is enough :) Simple logos are often the best: )

I like logo 2 because I am a Zelda fan but the controller and dpad would be more globally recognized to gamers. (I voted on logo 1)

My vote goes to the first one, but like the first comment, you could put something more unique there.
I really liked the minimalist style, but they are too common to be associated with something that you may remember spontaneously.

1 and 6 have going for them that they aren't clearly associated with one specific game. I like 6 a little better but they're both way above the other 4 for that reason.

I like 3 -- and feel it would definitely be more interesting with some flare or color. :) I feel all the logos were well-made.
As an aside, I personally disliked the Mario brick symbol -- it's mono-color and reminds me of a game I simply was unhappy playing. Though I suppose someone might feel the same way who saw the triforce symbol, which I personally like as it reminds me of Ocarina of Time. However, both those symbols are console game symbols; if I saw them, I would just assume the curator group was mostly for console gamers who are playing PC ports of console games.
Also, keep in mind your symbol can evolve over time! You can make adjustments anytime you want.
Just my 2 cents' worth!

Well, The curation will be focussed on PC gaming, i just don't know how to depict PC gaming, as PC gaming came to picture very very late.
And every logo here has some hidden message behind it. All are related to some of the most famous games of all times.

Lol, I don't know how to depict PC gaming either -- an ENIAC machine? :D
I think it would be nice to see some crazy personalization on the logo though. Have you considered super-imposing a simplified face on the star or other logo? Not a real face, just some eyes, mouth, and maybe a nose. Faces tell a lot about people. ;)
Like, would you possibly make a simplified version of, say, this guy's face & right hand:
and combine them with one of your logos?

No Man, I blacklisted you not for the comment you made. That's personal opinion and i respect that.
I did because of something else, and i guess you already know the reason.
Agree and disagree are a part of any discussion, what matters is when someone though disagreeing, says something that add to the likes of the content.
But my blacklisting isn't because of the comment you made here.

These arent really logos. What you have is a stylised font, and some icons (presumably from design packs, or asset packs), and as such, they hold nounique characteristics, nor convey any real sense of identity. I suggest you hire or at least consult a graphic designer (and I do mean somebody who only does original work - not somebody on fiver who uses asset packs.
Theres more than a few of us on here, and while Im not in a position to aid anymore than i have in this post, theres alsoways someone willing and able to give more advice.

only if you give it a unique identity. theres bound to be three cleaning companies with the same name, what makes you different (other than gaming?).
this is the branding section of making a logo: what is your brand?
Edit: this is as much time as I have, somebody will surely pick up if you have more Qs

That's precisely what he's saying. Is not an unique name.

I dont know why the moderators dont delete your spam threads. Three giveaways, three seperated threads at group recruitement. Now for your logo. Bumps on every thread every time you`re online. And for what? Just to promote your curation page... Blacklisted.

Only the first and the sixth can be associated with a generic channel instead of appealing into a specific audience (unlike Nintendo symbols, which i'm pretty sure you're also risking copyright infringement). My pick goes for the first, but i don't really like any of them, they're just generic symbols commonly associated with gaming and do not convey a precise sense of association with your channel. Basically, i won't think "ah yes, that is Abrix's channel" just by looking at it.
If you want a suggestion, i would mold the A from Abrix into a controller and use that as a logo, connecting the logo with the brand name. I don't have time to design one as a reference, though.

Didnβt mean that. Just wanna get some feedback on that logo.
