Sane or not to sane...?

What this is all about?...two words: Tokyo Dark.

What is Toykyo Dark? It is a game. What kind of game? Well...it is made by little indie studio called Cherrymochi and it is from Japan. Answer to the damn question!!! ...Okey, okey...sry. D:
The game is a 2D point & click adventure game. A twisting detective story featuring a multitude of choices, non-linear puzzle-solving, and a deep branching narrative exploring the darker underbelly of Tokyo.

Why this silly poll then? Taking pills as the main character is one of the many features of Tokyo Dark. To be more specific about this thing, read below what the game developers have to say about it(or just check out it from here):

"Having lower sanity will affect your conversation choices, the way people react to you and you'll see things, whether they are hallucinations or not are for you to decide.

To manage her sanity Detective Itō will have to self-medicate by taking pills, but that comes at a cost. Pills raise her SANITY attribute but lower INVESTIGATIVE SKILLS. She no longer sees the things and can walk through an otherwise terrifying room with a smile on her face. But whilst perfectly sane she has also dulled her senses and will not notice as many clues and interactive objects around her. The relationship between these attributes will lead to some interesting choices, how much of Itō's mental health are you willing to risk to solve the case?"

The game is on KICKSTARTER atm and it have abit above 3 days left on the campagn, back the project and do the things way you want to!
