Solution:
Each line was a lyric line from one of Bleach ending themes:

  1. is from "Kimi wo Mamotte, Kimi wo Aishite" which is the 19th ending theme
  2. "Hanabi" - 7th ending theme
  3. "Orange" - 15th
  4. "My Pace" - 6th
  5. "Sakurabito" - 21st

Now, 19th letter in alphabet is S, 7th is G and so on. If you notice that lines 1, 3 and 5 are CAPS, you should get the giveaway code: SgOfU.
