Yes and no, depends on how you see it, I mean steam gave us our trade history indeed but it is not very user friendly and its really a hassle to use, Imagine you are trying to find a trade that you'd made months ago and now you have got to go through all the trades that you have made ever since that one, but with T.H.I.S you could find it in seconds, and that's not it, there are more features. Take a look at T.H.I.S's feature.

You have to sync with steam, On top right side where it shows your level and points there's an arrow, click on it and sync with steam and then it will let you i believe.
