Definitely recommended. I took two of them in so they wouldn't bother the outside world anymore with their existence. 5 years on, still the best decision in my life.

Custom rules seems okay to pass, unless he has a lot deleted or removed games from steam if they counts. I will take a closer look after work, rest possibility is inactivated win.
