Actually some of the Razer headsets are good, can't say same about their other stuff. I have a Razer Deathadder 3.5G and Razer Synapse 2.0 software is just shit, but headsets don't use this software anyways.
Edit: but imo I would buy another Stereo headsets not this ones.

I have the new Kraken Pro Neon series, and nothing is wrong with them. I can hear the sounds clearly, so maybe yours is faulty? Maybe try to contact the shop, where you bought it. Mine was working well for 1 year. I used it a little bit too much (pulled the cables, slept with them on my head), so it's not surprising, that it went broken.

So i bought these headphones and just got around to using them, but they seem to not be working properly, everytime they're plugged in they have this weird buzzing , i have to raise the volume of whatever it is im listenning to to stop hearing the buzzing, i found a fix for this which was using the razer surround pro app, but when the virtual audio device of this one turned on there's an audio delay of about 0.5secs which is very annoying and i cant seem to find a fix for it, anyone got any ideas or experienced the same problem?
