The video and images on the Steam store page were temporarily changed to some nsfw material. I assume some disagreement between dev and publisher.

Won't link to anything though it should be removed. Just a quote from the forum.

Apologies for the recent offensive material that was available on the store page.
The silly/offensive material was available view on the Store page for a short while. I'm sorry for anyone that viewed this nonsense and I won't let it happen again. Thanks.

steamdb also says that the name of the game was changed to "The Heart of the Head Of Your Mom".

Also, Back To Basics Gaming changed to DeadBrainGaming. Edit: It looks like DeadBrainGaming is the real name for the Developer, I thought that was changed to be an insult, lol.

You can see the history of changes on steamdb here

If anyone is interested, the waybackmachine has an archive of the "offensive material" saved today May 25. It's not that bad.

The developer is listed as DeadBrainGaming and the publisher is Back To Basics Gaming. Maybe he originally self published it and then switch to Back To Basics at a later time. Back To Basics Gaming has a lot of games published on Steam.
