He's wrong, you can scam with Paypal but only once - claim the card as stolen and they'll refund everything. :D

Just got another one that didn't even bother telling me what his scam is, while pretending to be some random other CS:GO player. I mean they could at least be courteous enough to target people who have any idea about the game or whoever it is they are trying to weakly impersonate.

I would definitely edit out his name as it's considered calling out here and can get you suspended.
