Only people from the US are supposed to enter and win it it is illegal for anyone else, but who cares for the rules anyways.

Considering that more then 95% of the people entering are probably not for the US then it is no use telling them anything, on the other hand since it breaks the T & C then CG might not allow it.

The ToS mereley states the transfer of prize is not permitted, meaning they may not support it or may disqualify you from anything in the future, nowhere did it state it was illegal.
Those that took it that way can not comprehend English.
Obviously the op can not comprehend the English language either.
It does state that screwing with the website is illegal, which it is in the U.S. and the E.U.
So, you can trade the game if you want, but don't hack the site.

I created a giveaway for the that game as well and i live in the US; its a waste to let that game go unredeemed. Why Im giving it well because I have it already (simple).

Now this thread is just making a big fuss about a TOS that has so many loops holes and can be subjected to be translated in more than one way.

1st. The legal warning is only about those that try to damage, alter the site illegally, or to change the results of the sweepstakes is illegal.

2nd "no transfer of prize to a third party" can have more than one meaning.
