Hint 1 - Don't take care of the space but keep the punctuation marks.
Hint 2 - If you count right, you'll find; for example the 40 matches to "c"
Hint 3 - Be careful to the dashes, they indicate the right character to use
Solution: The numbers correspond to the letters in the description, removing spaces but keeping the comma; you obtain b, n, k, e and r; the dashes was an indication for the lower and upper letters.
