actually they are just login username and password to play and you can't change skin, etc...

i have seen people with more then 50 accounts sold, some 6 months old and if the accounts would revoke paypal would give back the money and ebay would ban the seller's account, the sellers account is still active
probably he buys them for like 1-2€ from people that got tired of it and resell them
