I think rockstar is determined to forget about red dead redemtion 2(and Red Dead Online).
If we ignore the fact that there has been no update for 1 year, it was a new shock for me that the monthly prime awards were spread over 1 year. I guess now it's like the rockstar just wants an audience he can suck out for himself, what are your thoughts on this?
For my part, I just want to curse rockstar for screwing up such a beautiful masterpiece but also for taking money and making me feel like I've been scammed.

(You can see the 256-day cycle on the picture, or you can notice it if you visit prime directly.)

Rockstar said they're going to stop new content development for RDO and shift to the next GTA title (article here)

It's sad that they're abandoning that and yet still pumping out more GTAO content, I guess RDO wasn't bringing them as much $$$ as they wanted.

While this definitely sucks, it's understandable.

We can't expect companies to maintain a videogame for 10 years at a loss.

yea i get it too, I also realized that their only concern is to exploit money. They don't care about the players and their opinions, the only thing I can't understand is that the rockstar normally positioned himself next to the players, or at least that's how it was in my mind, but in the last 2-3 years, I think their true face has emerged.

Man, the 256 thing seems like an insult, or something.

It's kind of like a joke, but I think their goal is to screw anyone they can without scaring the new players. (Red dead online still continues to be sold without a discount on Steam, while it is a game that has been declared not to get any update)
They seem to be opening a new era of robbery..(legal robbery against new players nice tactic...)
