I think he's seeing "Contributor Only" giveaways, and expects to have to invest / pay for better odds at GA's, instead of considering for even a second the idea of actually wanting to generously contribute anything freely and of his own will. i.e. in his mind: "Hey, steamgifts.com cool site gief gaems to me for free, cool!"
