When creating a giveaway, can u (steamgifts) add the option to specify weather your gift is a key or steam tradable game?, that way, when you go to enter a giveaway, it will say if it is a key or steam tradable game.

Good, but then you'd have to rely on the people to actually do that, and judging by a lot of people on this website, I don't think it would happen. And honestly? Not much difference between gift and keys, as long as you actually get the game.
