At first I thought it was Nanchang, the capital of Jiangxi Province, because of the inscription on the column "南昌" and "西站". But that didn't work, so I resorted to a simple but effective method ))))

some people searched for the text in the background and went from there
others bruteforced big cities in china
my first instinct was to look up the channel and find the video
i managed... but the tags were random and the comments didnt help...

Huh, had AI analyze language, translate it, and analyze location...but the quiz didn't like it. Hmmmmm
Is it just the city name? Or does the format have the country in there too?
EDIT: saw above that the answer was Guangzhou...but the translated text literally had a #Chongqing hashtag. Full translation:

The challenge of this puzzle was to pick up on the information in the background. The hashtags, depending on which re-post or re-mix you might have found exactly, are utterly useless.
Some people solved by just investigating the decorated tree, others translated the signs on the pillar in the background, other's looked for the series of videos shot that night, and found other takes of the same ladies the same night dancing in front of recognizable landmarks.
Some advanced work required on this one - my only regret was to leave this puzzle open to bruteforcing ;)
