I won serious sam 2 HD and activated the key, I can see it in my game library but I don't see it in my web steam profile and steamgift doesn't sync with me having the game.

The key was a retail key, if it means anything.

I don't want to be suspended because someone will eventually think I haven't activated the game.
Does anyone know anything about it?

Thanks.

Restart Steam edit: That game has always had that problem, some people say if you play it for at least 5 minutes, then resync it'll show. But, that doesn't work for everyone.

It never shows up in your library. In order for sg to see it, you have to have it on your recently played list. If it drops off your play list, the next time you sync, the game will disappear from your sg list too.

Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter is like that, among others games including a couple of Sherlock Holmes and others, and they will stay like that even if you re-start the Steam client until you download and play them. Before that, they won't appear in the "All Games" tab.

The important thing is if they appear as owned in their Store pages, or appear in the Steam client, then you have nothing to worry about. If you want a confirmation, just check the Account Details and there it should appear the license for the game as "Retail".

For games like this, just download and play them, and they should appear later.
