Not even a key - from what I remember (was 2 years ago... sigh, 2022 is 2 years ago already??) claiming the game from the store page wouldn't work (shows that it's banned in the country), but the bundle worked, or something like that. 🤔

Hey! I just remembered (saw a message I sent last year) that while the game is restricted on Steam, it apparently isn't on Xbox. Well, that was last year, but should be the case this year too. If you're interested in playing the game, you could play it on PC and Xbox that way. :o

I haven't but tried now. It looks like they specifically requested this game to be banned from Valve. Honestly I don't know many games like this here. There are tons of hentai games roaming around, yet this game somehow drew attention.
Sadly it redirects to regional, same thing as Steam I guess. :/
I might try with a VPN but I don't like Microsoft anyway.

Eh, it's purely political. There are a lot of LGBT games on Steam that are doing fine here. Not that they don't know but they just don't care unless the games draw attention I think. Almost everything is uncensored too.

when the game was not available in my country, there was this method, and it worked:
In your browser, go to Steam via VPN, add ANY game to your cart.
Change the currency in the cart to another country (this option appears when the currency in the settings does not match the country in the IP address).
Go to the page with the Tell Me Why game and add it to your account.
Return to cart and change currency back
