Why do people blacklist randomly?

Hey! So basically i just had curiosity about my stats and i accessed them, when looking at them i found out that 22 people have me blacklisted and 1 person has me whitelisted. I understand blacklisting if you have a really bad interaction with someone, and whitelisting for having a good interaction, but i dont think i had any bad interactions/altercations with anyone and still 22 people blacklisted me, i don't really mind, there are like a million users here, but im really interested in why people do this, i have some theories that i will write here so let me know if you agree with any of them (and if you tend to blacklist people):

1. They get bothered with comments out of topic or that are oblivious to the rules: I understand if you are bothered by someone asking something that has been asked a million times, but everyone is new at some point, even parts of the community have rules they follow, blacklisting them would never even enter my mind.
2. They randomly blacklist people that haven't given away many games: I will be honest, where i live, taxes for buying stuff online is high af, so i can't give myself the pleasure of giving to others, it really bothers me, but if that is a problem that people have with other users, then just give them away at higher levels of entry, right? Don't blacklist them! :(
3. They are bothered by bumps: This might sound weird, but hear me out, i have many comments on SG on the recent months, but 90% of them (Might be less, idk how to see every comment i have posted) is comments saying "Bump!" or "Bumperoni!" on discussions on the puzzles tab, and idk, it makes me think that maybe some people don't know how to sort by new and "Bump" comments bother them?

Well, idk, maybe im thinking too much into it, i don't think it affects me much but i don't really like being disliked by people and blacklists make me think those people don't like me haha, thanks for your comments in advance, i wanna know what you think! Please don't be rude!

PS: Just in case and in regards to point nº2, i really thought about the possibility of it being because i gaveaway some... Less than playable games, but the blacklists are not even from the dates when they were active! So that is out of the question.
