I had a friend in middle school, who went to barber as a small kid.
She was later walking with her grandma, and constantly hearing "oh I didn't know you have such handsome grandson!". Fact people were taking her for a boy doesn't mean she was one. Thought she never again cut her hairs that short :lol:
We can't choose how to address others just because. And grandma's friends couldn't keep naming her "he" after it was pointed she was a girl. Even when they though she looks "like a boy".
