Any performance boost mods for Skyrim? :)

Hello. I'm playing Skyrim on a really low end PC and I want to get better FPS. I've already tweaked my ini files pretty good, but I want to get better performance :D Are there any FPS boost mods for Skyrim? Hi Algo Boost mod was pretty bad for me and RAGNOS 1997 patch gave me less FPS with lower graphics than my own ini :)

This ?¿ with this you should run it on any crappy pc, i use this and is ok for me not so crappy pc
