Please wipe one of my removed giveaways.

I got it down now, I purchased stuff and will purchase more, leave in steam inventory and then give it away. I was trying to give away stuff not in my steam inventory and would appreciate having one of my giveaway slots opened. Thanks, and sorry.

The number of giveaway you can create gets reset every month, also the more you giveaway successfully, the more slots open.

It's done. You just need to log out and then in again.
