It's not a bug. Dev tried to make it $0.10 on itch.io, but they didn't allow that.

Because of payment plateform fees (paypal/skrill), that allow buyers only to pay more than something like $0.30 or else.
Whereas... it will cost money to humble bundle...

Definitely worth it, I bought it half a year ago (obviously for a much higher price) and I love it. Then again, I have a (now) 4-year-old who loves playing it, so YMMV ...
