D'awwww never heard of him, but he was cute. I love them. There's a family of hedgehogs in my garden, the only time I've actually seen them was in the late evening when my dog would harass one and it would curl into a ball. I've rescued many from him bouncing around and barking at them. XD.

I know how hard it is to lose a pet. We lost our dog almost exactly 1 month ago. He was 17.5 years old. It's a long time to have a fur buddy, so it was hard having to put him to sleep.

A few years ago there was a hedgehog on the streets here in the middle of the day (not normal behavior as they are shy like that), there were flies flying around him, Me and my mom didn't dare to pick him up, so we used a clothes basket and placed it around him and waited till the animal ambulance came and picked him up, we don't know if he made it or not.

Sorry to hear about your dog, sadly many pets don't live that long (although i think it was a parrot, that was in the Pippi Longstocking movies that recently died at like 53 years or so).

Oh yes, wild hedgehogs carry fleas and ticks, so I have only ever picked them up with garden gloves. The cutest thing ever though was when a young one came out of its ball after being talked to. It was just like "oh, they're friendly, I can come out now." Hehe!

Yeah! He had a long life for a doggie. His mother lived til 17 as well. My grandaunt owned her and she gave us one of her puppies years ago. Although, my neighbour's collie was 24 when he died. He wasn't very nice to me though lmao, always acting like he was going to bite me. XD

I believe that some breeds of parrot have the same lifespan as a human and can live beyond 80 years old. Mainly Macaws though, and Cockatiels.

Yesss, hedgehogs are so damn cute, and I never heard of this little guy before either. But judging the instagram pics, I would say they are too good to be true. I dunno, but they look too professional and maybe they are photoshopped and all, I mean, do hedgehogs really smile? :o
Ok, it doesn't really matter, at least the pics are super cute. But honestly I prefer to see animals in a more natural way and not set up as humanized little babies which are exploited to the public to gain subscribers/followers.

I'm sorry to hear about your furry friend. :(
Hopefully when you overcome your initial sadness, you will be able to keep up a smile when you remember all the good times you had. ;)

Maybe some positions but some things just can't be photoshopped i think, dogs can sorta smile, tigers can cry, i am guessing why not hedgehogs too. What i was thinking more is how you could get them to stand/sit still in certain cases. :p

Yeah right, dogs can smile, and maybe also tiny hedgehogs, why not? Of course I'm not a behavorial scientist but I doubt that it's technically a real laughing or smiling just like in human terms. I know about chimps who really are able to laugh and even the sound of human laughter can be somewhat chimpanzee like when you observe and analyze it a bit. :D
Pokee seemed to be naturally gifted when it comes to posing and yeah he made quite a living out of it. . :D Too cute <3

My dog used to smile. We would talk in silly voices and he's curl up his lips, baring his teeth, then start rolling around on the carpet. He was the silliest little creature.

Or, when he'd greet you at the door, he'd be showing his teeth and wagging his tail. They obviously can't laugh like humans do, but they definitely smile in their own way.

People don't credit animals enough. My Dad owned a farm and had mostly dairy cows, and a lot of sheep. He had to call the vet one time for a cow that was having difficulty giving birth. She had twins and one of them was born dead. She stood over the dead one and real tears fell from her eyes. I didn't realise that they felt those kind of emotions until then, but they do. Her other calf was healthy, but she still mourned for the dead one.

They are living breathing creatures and while they may not have the same level of awareness as a human, they definitely do have feelings, and they can express those feelings through their various antics.

Well, that's a touching anecdote.

I certainly agree with you, animals have feelings similar to humans and therefore should be treated with care. Sadly humans are often abusive to them and I cannot express how much I truly hate that.

Not my hedgehog, think it's the girl's on the picture. ;) I only had aquaria fish because my mother was allergic to pets.

Just was advertised on the news site here as the worlds most famous hedgehog, i didn't hear about him/her either before it, but just found this so cute (and sad).

RIP...

One of the hardest things I had to do was to say goodbye to my first doge past year.
Had to take him to the vet, to be euthanized. He had internal nose tumor, it grew to a point that he wasn't being able to breathe properly, I had to put my hand and hold his mouth open for him to breathe. He was a strong little one, a warrior, wouldn't give up on his own, we had to take the decision for him. It would cause him too much suffering to feel sufocating... I miss him so much.

Is it any good?

It's very casual as it doesnt require any skill, started nice but then you get more dogs and certain treasure you have to use a specific dog (which you also upgrade) or haven't upgraded enough, which isn't always clear so basically you keep walking the same map a few times. The design is done cute though, makes a good kid game.

And offcourse the often chasing the dog when you drop your leash. :p

Hehe. Thanks for your short review, I see it might get boring quickly, but the artstyle is just lovely. I would give it a run when it's bundled again, and yeah it's probably best suitable for kids or very casual players.
